Our objective is to provide a comprehensive service to our clients, from planning to the complete execution of operations, under three premises that we consider fundamental and that characterise us: quality, personalisation and agility. We offer services in the following areas: TAX ADVICE AND PLANNING Our tax area offers, among others, the following services: - Case study and submission of existing alternatives in relation to any transaction proposed by the client, taking special consideration in their personal/business situation and in the legal and tax effects of all kinds that derive from the proposed transaction, that is, analyzes the transaction both from the tax, legal and particular aspects that affects the client. In the event that the transaction is considered to be carried out, the execution thereof and the follow-up and preparation of the statements associated with the transaction are carried out. - Ongoing tax advice in the day-to-day business of the business, including both specific inquiries by telephone or email and the study of specific operations raised by the client. -Advice and, if so agreed with the client, preparation and submission of tax returns, both in the field of direct and indirect taxation. - Study and resolution of specific tax inquiries of all kinds that the client may have, considering the applicable regulations, the case law of the courts of justice and the administrative doctrine of the General Directorate of Taxes that affects the specific case. - Monitoring, preparation, and presentation of documents before the Tax Administration in all types of tax procedures such as inspections, data verification processes, limited verification or inspection. - In the case of companies, preparation of the accounting and tax closing of the fiscal year and preparation of Annual Accounts and Corporate Tax. - Proposal of the tax consequences of any transaction that the client plans to carry out, as well as advice regarding the alternative that generates greater tax savings. - Represent the client before the Tax Authorities in all types of procedures, whenever possible, either in person or online. In particular, representation of the client (both natural and legal persons) in tax inspection processes before any administration: AEAT, Generalitat de Catalunya, City Councils, Provincial Councils. ACCOUNTING ADVICE AND MONITORING Our accounting department deals, among others, with the following services: - External monitoring of accounting: record of transactions, as well as records of invoices issued, received and investment goods. - Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account. - Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual returns (forms 303, 111, 130, 349, 216, 296, 390, 190, 180, 369). - Accounting review, if done internally by the client, as well as making adjustments and preparing for the annual closing. - Control of assets and depreciation tables. - Registration of salary costs and payments to staff. - Bank reconciliation and other financial transactions. -Legalization of accounting books and submission of Annual Accounts. -Punctual referral to the client of the financial statements, carrying out the procedures with the Treasury and with the corresponding Tax Authorities. - Coordination with the Tax Department of this firm for the correct legalization of books, preparation of the fiscal closing, presentation of annual accounts, etc. LEGAL ADVICE - Commercial and Corporate Law - Succession Law and Family Protocols - Civil (Real Estate / Real Estate) - Intellectual and Industrial Property, New Technologies Law and Data Protection
